Video: Check-in process

Arrivals should be checked-in on the day they actually arrive!

1.    You see the arrivals that are expected to arrive on the left side of the page. When you click on the name, a coloured border around the selected arrival is shown. If the arrival is planned on a specific room by housing planning this room will automatically be selected. You can see the room on the right side of the page.

You can add the person to the room by clicking on ‘add tenant to room’ on the bottom right corner.

2.    You can overrule the pre-selected room (incase the room is already occupied) by clicking on another empty room.

3.    If you are adding people with different genders in one room, a pop-up appears as an extra check. You can confirm or cancel.

4.    If the expected arrival date differs from the date of actual arrival a pop-up screen appears and you are asked to add the correct arrival-date. The arrival date can only be today or in the past, a tenant cannot be checked-in in the future. Note: arrival date is also start date of the rental contract of the arrival. If you adjust the arrival date the contract start date will also be adjusted.
