1. Choose location
If you are responsible for more than one location you can find a dropdown list of these locations in the left upper corner. You can select here the location you want to work with.
2. You can find arrivals by searching on arrival date. You have the following options:
- Yesterday, today, tomorrow or adjusted
3. If there are more tenants planned on the same date you can refine the shown tenants by searching for either a name, employee number or e-mail address. This refinement only shows the tenants that are expected to arrive on the selected date.
4. Expected arrivals overview
You can find the overview of all (already planned) arrivals and departures if you go to locations in the upper left corner. Here you can select two overviews: 'arrivals' and 'departures'. You can look further into the future or into the past by clicking on the arrows. You can click on the name of the arrival and you are immediately redirected to the correct location and arrival date.
