# How to use PKS on Lento
For all housing on Lento, a PKS price can easily be calculated. When adding a new living space, almost all information is requested, there are just a few additional fields to be filled in to be able to receive a PKS price calculation.
This is explained step-by-step in the video below:
The calculation model works as follows:
### Basis properties:
#### Persons per room
1 person per room = 20 points
2 persons per room + studio = 8 points
2 persons per room = 0 points
#### Persons per toilet
1 person per toilet = 10 points
2 persons per toilet = 8 points
3 persons per toilet = 6 points
4 persons per toilet = 4 points
5 persons per toilet = 2 points
\>5 persons per toilet = 0 points
#### Persons per kitchen
Same calculation model as *persons per toilet*
#### Persons per shower
Same calculation model as *persons per toilet*
#### m2 living space per person (Houses/complex-houses/hotels)
\<15 m2 = 0 points
15 m2 = 2 points
16 m2 = 4 points
17 m2 = 6 points
18 m2 = 8 points
\>18 m2 = 10 points
#### m2 sleeping space per person
\<5 m2 = 0 points
5 m2 = 2 points
5,5 m2 = 4 points
6 m2 = 6 points
6,5 m2 = 8 points
7,5 or more = 10 points
#### WIFI
Yes = 0 points
No= -10 points
### Additional quality properties:
#### Region (location province)
Region 1 = North-Holland, South-Holland, Utrecht = 3 points
Region 2 = Groningen, North-Brabant, Gelderland, Flevoland, Zeeland = 2 points
Region 3 = Limburg, Overijssel, Drenthe, Friesland = 0 points
#### Energy label
A = 5 points
B = 3 points
C = 2 points
Other = 0 points
#### Supervisor presence
\> 40 hours working on location = 4 points
\< 40 hours working on location = 0 points
