# When will I receive the rental invoices of my rented property?
The invoice will be sent within one working day after the landlord signs the contract.
Then, the invoice is sent the first day of a period for the period after it.
For example, on 1st April, the invoice is sent for the month of May, if billing is set by calendar month.
